What do we do?

Maidwell Group provides bespoke lending solutions tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking to get on the property ladder, build your portfolio or release equity for liquidity purposes our expert independent advisers will be able to source the best solution for you.

How do we work?

1. Initial Enquiry

Once Maidwell Group have been introduced to a client, we will carry out a Fact Find and begin researching the best product and rates for our client.

2. Indicative Terms

We will issue Indicative Terms outlining details on rate, loan amount, repayment type and fees.

3. Document Request

Once indicative terms are agreed, we will arrange for the supporting documentation to be collated evidencing eligibility, income and security.

4. Agreement In Principle

Once we receive all of the documentation, we will be able to get a formal credit backed agreement in principle from the most suitable lender.

5. Application Submission

Once the Client Agreement has been returned, we will then proceed to submit the full mortgage application to the lender.

6. Valuation

It is crucial that an up-to-date valuation is conducted to give assurance to the lender. We have years of experience and relationships with valuers and can manage this process closely.

7. Credit Approval

All customers will undergo a full underwriting process and we will liaise closely with the credit teams to ensure the application is processed as fast and smoothly as possible.

8. Mortgage Offer

Each mortgage application is unique and may require a variety of different documents; however we would target receiving a formal mortgage offer within 4-6 weeks of submitting the application.

9. Completion

The mortgage is complete!
